Custom-made orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Unused and in the same condition in which they were received
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements.

We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before funds are reflected in your account.

Exceptions

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
